How do Net Neck Size and Actual Opening Size differ?
- Actual Opening Size: Order based on the true drywall opening dimensions. The factory automatically deducts 10 mm (LengthxWidth) from the neck profile so the grille slides into the opening perfectly without requiring manual on-site adjustments.
- Net Neck Size: Order based on the exact neck profile dimensions required. The factory fabricates the precise size specified with zero deductions. This is ideal if your on-site team has already calculated clearance allowances.
Can we order custom "in-between" sizes not listed in the catalog?
Yes. King Air Grille specializes in architectural custom-made fabrications. We regularly execute complex design profiles, including curved linear slots, borderless frameless setups, and custom dimensions specified by project blueprints.
What information is required to get a formal factory quote?
To ensure a fast and accurate estimate, please provide: 1) The product model or code, 2) The required neck or opening dimensions, 3) Total quantities needed, and 4) Your preferred finish
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No, we do not enforce minimum order limits. We accept orders ranging from a single custom unit for residential renovations to high-volume bulk manufacturing contracts for enterprise commercial developments.
What is the standard production turnaround time?
Standard catalog configurations typically require 7-10 business days. Specialized architectural fabrications (such as curved configurations or custom powder coatings) take approximately 10–14 business days. Definitive turnaround times vary based on current factory queue volume and total order size, which will be detailed transparently on your quote.
What are the delivery options?
- Bangkok & Surrounding Provinces: Orders can be shipped directly via our factory logistics trucks (subject to order volume terms) or scheduled for direct warehouse pickup at our Pracha Uthit 76 facility.
- Upcountry / Other Provinces: The factory does not offer direct nationwide shipping lines. Provincial customers have two logistics options:
- Self-Pickup: Arrange your own transport vehicle to pick up the completed order directly at our factory in Soi Pracha Uthit 76.
- Customer-Designated Third-Party Carrier: Inform us which domestic freight forwarder/courier cargo hub you regularly use within Bangkok. Our team will deliver the goods to that specific carrier's Bangkok depot. (Please note: King Air Grille only handles the drop-off at your designated Bangkok depot; all outbound shipping costs and provincial freight fees must be settled independently by the customer).
