Material

Fabricated with an inner aluminum laminated foil duct core supported by an anti-rust spring wire helix, encased fully in a fiberglass insulation blanket. Wrapped externally with a seamless aluminum foil jacket reinforced with a high-strength fiberglass scrim (glass yarn).

Application

Supply Air or Return Air for air conditioning and chilled air distribution systems. (Specially designed for thermal, conditioned air profiles to eliminate sweating)

Functional Features

• Specially engineered for chilled air transfer in air conditioning systems, providing excellent anti-condensation capability through its fiberglass insulation layer that prevents thermal bridging and sweat formation. • Heavy-duty seamless aluminum outer jacket prevents cold air leakage and resists tearing or punctures during on-site installation and pulling. • Built completely from fire-retardant componentry and non-combustible bonding adhesives, offering high thermal tolerance and superior resistance against chemical vapors and erosion.
